Shipment and Processing times

 

All items are made to order, please allow 5 - 7 business days for processing.  Free shipping is applied when an order exceeds R1000. Special courier fees may apply for larger items- this will be communicated to you at checkout. Courier may take up to 2-4 workings days from the day we’ve send your parcel (public holidays not included).

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Standard Shipping Method: The Courier Guy

Standard Shipping Cost - Local Deliveries (Gauteng): Flat rate of R110

Standard Shipping Cost - National Delivers: Flat rate of R120

 

Estimated delivery time for Local (Gauteng) shipments: 1-2 business days

Estimated delivery time for National shipments: 3-5 business days

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within local areas.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
